Pop sensation Justin Bieber was spotted at Clifton's Smashburger Saturday with his wife, Hailey Rhode Bieber, whose father is Stephen Baldwin. Instagram user lexc74 posted a photo of the 24-year-old singer exiting the Route 3 eatery.
This wasn't Bieber's first trip to the area -- he was spotted at Clifton's Target in May 2017.
